CELINE has just unveiled its Winter 2026 handbag collection, with creative director Michael Rider drawing inspiration from Old Céline archive styles and vintage doctor's bags to introduce the all-new Flair, Trio EW, and Cabas Frame bags. Rendered in rich, painterly shades like chili red, iris purple, and Syrah grape, the lineup makes a bold, passionate statement.

The Trio revisits the three-in-one design from the Old Céline era, and the winter collection introduces a new "east-west" horizontal silhouette. Crafted from supple lambskin in a three-tier accordion structure, it fastens with a clean, convenient Triomphe stud closure, while a central zip pocket adds extra security. Chili red paired with iris purple creates a bold, passionate, and unmistakably elevated visual combination.

Equally eye-catching is a purple satin Trio EW, whose smooth, lustrous texture is made all the more alluring by its saturated purple hue. Lightweight and easy to carry, it features a sliding knotted strap that allows for shoulder, hand, or clutch carry.

The Cabas Frame calls to mind the Frame shoulder bag from the Old Céline era. The new version is crafted from soft, lustrous calfskin in a boat-shaped body, with a double-zip top closure for added security. The standout is the Syrah grape and true red combination, where contrast leather trim frames the squared, clean-lined structure like a picture frame, creating striking visual tension.

The black calfskin Cabas Frame cleverly uses white stitching to outline the bag's square silhouette and outer frame, giving it a more casual, understated look that still reveals a sense of craftsmanship and dimension.

CELINE's Winter 2026 collection introduces the all-new Flair bag, defined by a structured metal frame at the opening that tapers down into a rounded, upright body, creating a fluid draped effect reminiscent of a vintage doctor's bag. It features a sculptural single handle and a classic envelope-style closure, with a single Triomphe metal turn-lock at the center as a striking focal point.

The Flair comes in a range of materials, colors, and sizes—including a black glossy leather flap with a camel suede body, as well as smooth, supple solid calfskin versions and richly textured grained calfskin versions, available in both small and regular sizes.
