Louis Vuitton has teamed up with California-based Singer Vehicle Design to create two bespoke Porsche 911s, marrying LV’s leather craftsmanship and watchmaking savoir-faire with the iconic sports car’s DNA. The result pushes both mechanical performance and travel aesthetics to the extreme, turning the open road into a rolling gallery of art.

This marks Louis Vuitton’s first foray into automotive design, extending the maison’s Art of Travel philosophy. Conceived over the course of a full year by both teams, the collaboration yields two distinct, one-of-a-kind collector’s cars: the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer – Classic coupé, inspired by LV’s signature packaging palette with saffron and cobalt tones for a vintage travel vibe, and the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer – Classic Turbo cabriolet, envisioned by LV’s women’s artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière, finished in ivory white with wood interior accents that nod to the nautical elegance of classic motorboats.

The Porsche 911 Classic coupé has been reimagined by Singer according to Louis Vuitton’s vision, finished in LV’s most iconic saffron paint, with cobalt blue accents on the tires and interior details inspired by the handles and ribbons of LV packaging. The saddle stitching on seats, doors, leather goods, and trunks is echoed in bright yellow thread, tying the whole design together.

The cabin is fully upholstered in leather whose natural hue resembles the VVT leather often used by LV. Diamond patterns adorn the seats, front trunk trim, and rear engine bay, referencing the Malletage quilting found inside LV hard-sided trunks. Seat ventilation perforations, sun visors, and headrests feature the classic Monogram flower motif, while adjustment knobs, control switches, latches, pull rings, and vents are crafted from metal and hand-finished. A roof rack can flexibly accommodate travel cases, surfboards, skis, and other gear.

The Porsche 911 Classic Turbo cabriolet, envisioned by Nicolas Ghesquière, artfully merges nautical and automotive aesthetics. The open-top design lets drivers feel the sun and the sensorial thrill of the ride more directly. Its ivory white paint is inspired by the limestone that shapes Paris’s cityscape, while leather and wood interior details pay homage to the elegance of classic motorboats, complemented by gold accents that adorn the body like jewelry.

All functional elements inside are crafted from metal. A custom dashboard clock takes center stage on the console, its warm gold face echoing the gold ignition key. The gearshift’s drawstring leather trim is inspired by the silhouette of the classic Noé handbag. Seats feature wooden shells upholstered in leather, and the rear luggage compartment is made of lacquered wood to house the lightweight soft top. The engine bay and front trunk are also lined with wood veneer, while leather straps on the front and rear lids draw from the traditions of trunk-making and watch straps.

Louis Vuitton has also crafted a full range of travel companions for both cars, including custom luggage, racing jackets, helmets, gloves, and shoes. Every piece is designed to perfectly match the corresponding vehicle in terms of design language, color, and craftsmanship—one car, one collection—creating a complete bespoke travel ecosystem.

The Classic limited collection primarily uses Cuir Millésime calf leather, similar to that found in the car’s interior. Luggage includes the Bisten hard case, Keepall travel bag, and a custom helmet case, with saffron and cobalt color-blocking that echoes the car’s palette, feeling like a natural extension of the cabin.

The Classic Turbo limited collection is defined by ivory white, brown, and gold hardware. The three-piece luggage set installed in the front trunk can be separated into three individual cases. The Keepall 45 comes with a dedicated removable protective cover. The helmet is crafted from carbon fiber and fiberglass, finished in cream paint with a tan visor.
