Balenciaga has just unveiled its Winter 26 bag collection, led by the new Fan Carry All, crafted from polished lambskin into a soft, gathered silhouette whose rounded, fluid lines evoke an elegant vintage mood. Icons like the Rodeo and Le City are reimagined in vintage goatskin, its mottled, light-and-dark grain resembling the patina of years gone by and lending each bag a nostalgic air.

Debuting on the Winter 26 runway, the Fan Carry All is made from soft, finely polished lambskin, with side gathering that recalls the pleating techniques of haute couture, giving the body a more fluid, dimensional shape. The leather drawstring ends are finished with a square cutout B buckle, adjustable through eyelets to vary the opening's width, while a concealed magnetic closure sits inside. Dual leather handles and a detachable strap allow for hand-carry, shoulder, and crossbody wear. It arrives in two sizes, small and medium, and two colorways: gray-brown gradient and black polished leather.

The Le 7 Nano shoulder bag is crafted from soft lambskin, its top flap fastened with the signature turn-lock. It comes in two colorways—grape purple with a brick-red lining and black with a cardamom lining—the contrasting interior adding a hidden delight to the minimalist shape.

The Le 7 small bowling bag joins the lineup in a new nutmeg hue, its smooth, supple lambskin shaped into a clever "bag within a bag" silhouette. Open the top turn-lock to reveal three separate compartments—a playful design of a small bag hidden inside a larger one that speaks to modern life's demand for versatility. The rose quartz pink lining creates a striking contrast with the understated, deep earth-tone exterior.

The Le City family welcomes a new Clutch chain pouch, its minimalist, slim rectangular profile with a flap closure accented by the line's signature distressed metal studs, belt buckles, and whipstitch tassels. It comes in four versions: black grained lambskin with gold hardware, metallic silver grained lambskin with silver hardware, pale terracotta, and caramel waxed suede calfskin. The sliding metal chain strap converts easily between single and double shoulder lengths, adapting to shoulder, crossbody, and clutch carry.

For the new season, the Rodeo messenger and top-handle bags are crafted from vintage goatskin. Naturally supple and hard-wearing, the goatskin is tanned to bring out a mottled, rubbed-off grain that casts a retro filter over each bag. Rendered in caramel or brick red, they carry the distinctive charm of an antique piece.

Goatskin is also used for the Le City, Le City Moto shoulder bag, tote, Superbusy crossbody, and small leather goods such as wallets and card cases. The deep earth-tone palette feels especially right for the coming fall/winter season, while the mottled, distressed texture carries on Balenciaga's signature post-apocalyptic wasteland aesthetic.
