Miu Miu's Spring/Summer 2027 show has just wrapped at the Palais d'Iéna in Paris. Titled "Here and Now," the collection sees creative director Miuccia Prada layering everyday staples—sportswear, knitwear, leather jackets and vintage pieces—with formalwear such as tailored suits, shirt-style tops and embroidered evening gowns, creating a deliberate, rebellious dialogue that explores the expression of collision and tension.

I've always wanted to find a way to inject beauty into these clothes that truly serve life. It's just that before, I never managed to do it with such precision, nor push it to this depth. Today's clothing is already a fusion of sportswear, casualwear and everyday wear. How to make clothes more interesting and richer? Vividly colored python skin runs throughout the collection. The new flap bags take a vintage messenger silhouette with strap-style closures, rendered in bright shades of olive green, purple, orange and blue for a style that's rebellious yet pretty.

The clutches feature a horizontal rectangular silhouette with a top frame and a slender leather wrist strap. Crafted from python or lizard skin, the soft pleated design lends the bags a classical, elegant charm.

· Totes ·

The totes are shaped from soft leather into a clean, streamlined silhouette, subtly accented by a tonal embossed logo. With a practical, roomy construction, they present a timeless stance.

· Bowling Bags ·

The new Retour bag draws inspiration from the classic duffle travel bag, featuring a vintage rectangular silhouette with tonal leather piping. The body comes in a variety of materials—distressed leather, python and solid calfskin—and is offered in a petite, refined hand-carry style as well as an oversized travel-bag size. The elongated lines and structured shape strike a clever balance between sweet and cool.

The Wander bag continues its rounded, fluid crescent silhouette, this season crafted in distressed, crackled leather that lends the bag a nostalgic mood and a sense of story.
