Louis Vuitton's iconic handbag lineup returns refreshed for the Fall/Winter 2026 collection, with the Alma and the OnTheGo reimagined in softer structures that lend their classic silhouettes an easy, relaxed attitude. The Pochette Métis now comes with a detachable short strap, opening up even more ways to carry it.

The new Alma Soft MM carries on the architectural shell shape, but its standout feature is a body crafted in softer Monogram canvas with a fabric lining, paired with a detachable tubular short strap; gentle folds at the base give the bag a laid-back feel. Three designs debut this season: one trimmed in classic VVN leather with a name tag printed with the brand's headquarters facade and a metal trunk charm, lined in the diamond quilting of the archive trunks; one with deep navy waxed-leather trim, a red-striped lining and a charm shaped like the LV Ombres eyeshadow palette, drawn from the brand's beauty line; and one with burgundy ostrich-leather trim enlivened by colorful beading. Roomy enough for a tablet and daily essentials, it's made for weekends in the city or further afield.

The OnTheGo Soft reshapes the clean-lined tote in a supple structure, offered in classic Monogram canvas and Monogram Empreinte embossed leather. The small size features tubular double handles and a detachable long strap, while the medium comes with both short and long handles so it can be carried by hand or on the shoulder; the generous interior easily holds a laptop, making it ideal for commutes and weekend trips.

The new Pochette Métis Small keeps its envelope-style flap and S-Lock closure; this season's highlight is soft leather binding along the sides, which makes the bag feel lighter overall. A detachable shoulder strap is also new, allowing it to be carried by hand, on the shoulder or crossbody for plenty of styling options. It comes in two trims: black and caramel.

The Steamer MM takes its design cues from the soft-sided Steamer travel bag of 1900, originally conceived as a laundry bag for clothes changed during a journey. This season brings two designs, a shoulder bag and a handbag, both in Monogram canvas with VVN leather trim, a short flap and a metal padlock for a vintage, timeless feel.
